Partnering with online brokers to bring leads for your coworking

The tenant representation side in the commercial property industry is transitioning online, and that is what we see happening across the board in both Europe and Asia, where online brokers are building up a presence and are luring tenants via SEO, SEA and online marketplaces. These new entrants in the market are working on a success fee, communicating tenant requirements directly to the landlord. The partnership with Flexas.com is the first of its kind for Rialto, but more and different integrations are in the making, allowing our clients to get the maximum exposure of their inventory in their markets.
